Erwin Goossen, Chief Legal Officer
Erwin Goossen is a barrister and solicitor who specializes in corporate and international
contract law.
Mr. Goossen has been involved with numerous international start-ups in a number of
commercial sectors which include legal and contract negotiations for fixed wireless
access telecommunications companies using WLL (wireless local loop) technologies in
Central and South America. He has negotiated RFQs, vendor-selections, and numerous
contracts involving some of the largest telecommunications vendors in the world. His
agreements have included intellectual property agreements, supply agreements, service
contracts, IS/IT systems integration and outsourcing contracts range in value from one
Million $USD to one-half Billion $USD generally involve vendor financing.
Mr. Goossen is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and holds a Bachelor of
Arts degree and Bachelor of Law degree. He is a resident of Vancouver, British
Columbia.
